Helping the Community

We, the members of 671 Metric Unit gives back to the community in every way we can. We volunteer not for the glory nor the publicity but to show the community that we, as a motorcycle community can give back as a whole. We dont just ride, we're more than just a motorcycle club.

August 15, 2009 671 Metric Unit Bus Stop

671 Metric Unit Members adopted a bus stop in Ypao road Tamuning. Contributed our own money and bought paint/materials to accomplish the job.

August 8, 2009 AIJMS Volunteer Work

671 Metric Unit Members Volunteered at AIJ Middle School moving Books, Cabinets and other equipment to different rooms.

May 15, 2009 UPI Elementary School Carnival/Mini Car Show

671 Metric Unit participated in the UPI Elementary School Carnival/Mini Car Show together with beautiful cars, trucks and scooters. Many have gathered to show the kids what the import/domestic/bike world scene is all about.

May 9, 2009 Big Brothers and Big Sister Soap Box Derby

671 Metric Unit Members helps local community at Soap Box Derby by breaking down canopies, banners and track clean-up, picking up trash and debris.

March 14, 2009 Special Olympics Volunteer Work

671 Metric Unit Members cheers on the Olympians as they parade around the track during the opening ceremony of the 33rd Annual Track and Field Special Olympics at Okkodo High School in Dededo Guam, March 14, 2009. The club has been assigned to Astumbo Middle School for Volunteer work.

January 25, 2009 Guam Animals In Need (GAIN) Volunteer Work

G.A.I.N.is Guam’s humane society, incorporated in 1989. GAIN is a shelter-based humane society, and a 501(c) (3) charitable corporation.  Our charitable purposes include the prevention of cruelty to animals, education of the public concerning animal welfare, and the implementation and enforcement of good laws pertaining to animals. G.A.I.N.has operated the Government of Guam animal shelter since March, 2001.

December 21, 2008 Salvation Army Food Drive with GRSCCA

One of the most important activities of The Salvation Army is feeding the hungry-especially during the Holidays. We are proud to work with Guam Region Sports Car Club of America and Salvation Army with this.

December 14, 2008 Salvation Army Toy Ride

Know how Santa feels, Give to the SALVATION ARMY X-MAS TOY RIDE. Maybe you can’t zing presents down every chimney on seven continents. But you can brighten the holidays for needy children in our community through the Salvation Army X-Mas Toy RIDE. And like the jolly big guy, experience the joy of making a child’s holiday dreams come true.
